Grieve freely.
Love deeply.
Live fully.

Wondering if it’s possible to live and love fully while grieving the loss of your beloved pet?

It is.

I See You.

If you’re reading this, you’re likely in the process of grieving your beloved pet.

I’m so sorry.

You are not alone.

Maybe you’re wondering if what you’re feeling right now – the shock, the pain, the guilt – is normal.

It is.

Maybe you’re wondering if this pain will ever end.

You will heal.

You don’t have to do it alone.

Healing fully requires grieving fully. This happens in connection to ourselves and with others. Our experience with loss invites us to get clear on who we are and what we value, build deeper and more meaningful relationships, and create a life that honours the bond you shared.

It is possible to love our beloved pet with the same depth, passion, and dedication we had when they were alive – if not more – and create a joyous life in the midst of grief.

My Story

It might sound a lot like yours.

For me, a pet has always been more than a pet.

In 2015, when my own beloved pet, Hope, died very unexpectedly, my world was suddenly turned upside down.

My grief was intense and inconsolable. No one seemed to “get it” (myself included) – the seemingly unending despair I felt in this altered reality.

All I wanted was to feel “normal again”, so I buried the grief and soldiered on with life.

The loss of my pet resurfaced when I discovered life coaching. This is where healing and integration started for me: it is possible to grieve and live fully.

The tools I learned were so powerful that I decided to devote my career to normalize grief and to empower other pet parents to transform their broken heart into healing, restoration and growth.

Let me help you live and love fully again.
